Attention and cooperation with the body
As a remedial massage therapist and Bowen practitioner, I help your body feel better not just for a short time, but more lastingly: lasting well-being and deep regeneration with personalized treatments.

I am Anita, a remedial massage therapist and Bowen practitioner
I have been working with people for over 10 years, and during this time I have learned one thing for sure: not every pain can be resolved with stronger treatments. Many clients have come to me having already tried various methods — yet their problem kept returning again and again. This set me on a path not just to treat, but to understand how the body works on a deeper level and how to cooperate with it. As a medical massage therapist, I learned how to influence the muscles; with the Bowen technique, I learned how to cooperate with the body. I cannot „fix” your body, but I help bring it to a state where it is able to function better on its own.
What sets us apart: attention built on touch
As a visually impaired person, during my treatments I rely heavily on touch and subtle bodily cues. For me, this is not a disadvantage — but a sensitivity that helps me perceive tensions and the body's reactions more accurately. Often, such subtle deviations can be noticed that might otherwise easily remain hidden. Therefore, my treatments are not based on routine or templates, and are adjusted to your current condition in every case. In 2015, I completed the OKJ vocational training for medical and sports massage therapists in Budapest, gaining experience in healthcare institutions, medical environments, and beauty salons. In 2025, I completed the foundational course of the Bowen Academy and have continued to develop my knowledge ever since to be able to think in terms of connections.
